Bezateli SOFTSHELL

Returns are accepted with 28 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Send an email to info@bezateli.com with your name, order number, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Remember to tell us the reason why you are returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected we will issue your refund! Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be. Sale items can only be exchanged. Either for a different size or an item of the same value.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, within a set period of days, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Shipping

If you would like to return your item, mail it to: Bezateli Unit 25 Castlewest Shopping Centre, Main Street, Ballincollig, Co Cork, Ireland.

On a slip of paper inside the package, please include your name, order number, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. If returning an item, it will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself.

Consider using a trackable shipping service if the item you are posting costs over €75.

Items are shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. Next day delivery is available withing Cork and environs. Allow 2 to 3 days delivery time within Ireland and between 1 to 2 weeks when outside Ireland.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the items are shipped.
